Project story

The Oudtshoorn project takes advantage of the Karoo's strong solar resource — among the best in South Africa — and adjacent transmission infrastructure for the 75 MW connection. We work with Artin Energy, a US EPC partner, on the project.

Modeled economics: R 0.80/kWh tariff, ZAR 118m annual revenue at the project level, AEEG share R 22–23m/year post-debt servicing.
