Roles we recruit for
We are a small team building a 1 GW renewable energy pipeline. As the pipeline scales we hire across the areas below — when a role opens, it usually sits in one of these.
Commercial and off-taker
Sales and business development with industrial and commercial off-takers — structuring wheeled and on-site solar PPAs across South Africa.
Engineering
Electrical and energy engineers leading technical design, feasibility, grid connection, and EPC coordination across the Solar PV + BESS pipeline.
Project development
Site origination, land agreements, permitting, environmental approvals, and the path from MOU to financial close.
Community engagement
Relationship-building with landowners, municipalities, and community structures — in the languages spoken on the land.
Operations
Asset operations, maintenance coordination, procurement, and the day-to-day running of projects through their operational life.
